Students, with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) Honors Program, recently held a fundraiser to help Widows Harvest continue to help widows with home repair needs in the Chattanooga area. Catherine (Cat) Coffman and fellow Honor's program students raised $3000 dollars, which has now been included in our own Project 100 fundraising initiative (for further details on project 100 please visit our web site, widows.org, and click on the home page link).

A week ago I had the privilege of meeting with Cat Coffman (4th from left) and several other honor's program students at Niedlovs Coffee House, where they presented me with the check. I was so blessed by all of them and their desire to not only raise money for very needy widows, but they also all expressed a desire to come out and serve widows with us in the new year. Getting to meet this group has truly been one of the highlights of my ministry career.
Blessings and Thanksgiving,
