I am also a window but a young one, i would like to assist the older windows by helping them in any work given to me. Please let me know your programme for next year.

My mother is a new widow as of Sept. 20, 2007. My father passed suddenly with a heart attack and it is really painful for the entire family. Though all of my siblings (there are 8 of us with 1 grandchild that was raised as a son and plenty of grandchildren and great-grandchildren) are hurting deeply, we are all concerned about our mother. She's rushing into new things and will not do anything they did together. They had 44 years together. We are located in the South Suburbs of Chicago and I'm just looking for a support group for her to help her continue to live. We are all at a loss. Please, I welcome all advise and suggestions for my mother.
